Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Monitor & Smart Routing)
You can cancel your Monitor or Smart Routing subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund on the first payment of a new subscription if you're not satisfied.
How to request
Email support@payrouter.aiskillhub.info with your payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay/Stripe) within 5–7 business days.
Taxes
Indian customers receive GST-compliant invoices. Refunds are processed inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
